Maclynn’s international Ambassadors provide a supporting role to our matchmakers by representing Maclynn in key cities around the world. Together, we work as a team to encourage referrals and find matches for our clients. It is a commission-based role and the position requires self-motivation, people skills and an enjoyment of social and professional networking. Most of Maclynn’s exposure is via word-of-mouth, so Ambassadors must carry professionalism and be able to speak expressively about Maclynn and its unique services. Ambassadors will receive training from our Head of Partnerships.

We work with cosmopolitan men and women for whom time is precious and finding a partner is a priority. Private Members are assigned a dedicated matchmaker who sets up a series of introductions to Open and/or Private Members. We typically work with Private Members for 12 months and they pay a subscription fee. Over 80% of our Private Members are matched successfully.
Membership fees start from £12,000/$15,000 for a 6-month service and start from £18,000/$25,000 for a 12-month service.
Open Members are people we may have individually approached or who have been referred to us by our Ambassadors or existing members, and are invited to be part of an exclusive and confidential offline network of successful/intelligent/attractive single people. Each person goes through Compatibility Profiling with a Matchmaker before being considered as a match for one of our Private Members. Open Membership is passive and there are no guarantees of being matched.
With an emphasis on empowerment and positive psychology, we offer a variety of services to bring learning and growth at all stages of your dating and relationship journey. Through one-on-one coaching, digital masterclasses, consultations, workshops and more, you will become your own expert in the field of dating and relationships, leading you to make better decisions and ultimately to have more success and fulfilment in this very important area of your life.

Assisting the Matchmakers with searching for matches for Private Members.
Referring new Open Members and Private Members to Maclynn.
You musn't share members’ identities, including full names, photos or contact details. Ambassadors are sent personal and highly sensitive information and it is imperative to ensure this data is kept secure on any devices.
We are generally looking for men and women (gay/straight) who are intelligent, cosmopolitan, attractive, genuine people who are seeking a committed relationship. We cater for the top tier of the singles’ world, so each person should have something exceptional or interesting about him/her (this does not mean they must be wealthy!). Ideally, Maclynn would like to target like-minded singles aged from 25-50 (female) or 30-65 (male).
When networking you should:
1. Introduce yourself and establish rapport
2. Take your time to gather as much information as you can to assess whether someone is single
3. Explain and promote Maclynn. People are generally interested to know the following: that the service is offline & confidential, the type of clients we work with, how we find matches, where we operate and our fees.
4. Exchange contact details and refer them to Maclynn.
Many of Maclynn’s Ambassadors have had successes with referrals through online networking (also known as online ‘headhunting’). We can support you with this and share some templates and suggestions on best approach.
Facebook – Please ensure that your posts are in private mode setting – i.e. not a public post that can be seen by anyone. It is important not to specifically mention Maclynn clients; you can however mention things like: ‘We are looking for singles that are gay men between 25-35 for a client in Europe’.
Instagram – Please follow the same Facebook guidelines. You may promote Maclynn on your Instagram page if your Instagram is private.

We will take things from there and if they sign up, you will receive some great commission and if they don’t sign up, they are often offered complimentary Open Membership.
There are three stages to our profiling process:
Stage 1: Submit Open Membership Registration Form
The OM form will ask your referral(s) basic details about themselves and what they are looking for in a partner. You need to give them the invite code to include on the form to waive their registration fee and make sure you get credit for the referral.

Stage 2: The profiling call
Once the referral has been submitted, a Matchmaker will speak to the Open Member by phone/video call to ask some compatibility profiling questions.
Stage 3: Matchmaking!
Open Members will only be considered for Private Clients once they have completed Stage 2, although, we cannot guarantee matches to Open Members.
